Last week I was having lunch with a former colleague and we were discussing our passion, branding. About once a month we meet at a local Chipotle to compare notes about our respective brand development efforts. It is great to know someone who has similar views about the world of branding. Although we have met at the same restaurant many times in the past, this was the first time we discussed the Chipotle brand.
This discussion allowed me to pause and realize that I have yet to post anything about the Chipotle brand. Although there are a few more calories than I should probably be intaking, my experience at this rapidly growing brand is consistent, friendly and professional. Ironically, the first restaurant was launched just a few blocks away from my old office at the University of Denver. Now I eat at one where ever my travels take me in the US. I always feel that I am eating fresh food. Which aligns with Chipotle's philosophy of providing Food With Integrity.

Saw you speak in Chicago and now am reading your blog...which is lucky for me b/c it has me remembering my favourite spot - CHIPOTLE. Love their brand too...I eat there everytime am in the states...NY, Vagas and found one in Chicago too. My love for them almost had me buying a t-shirt...they do what they do VERY WELL and consistently.
