Securing Your Brand

A while backI had the chance to meet with some auxiliary personnel who work for one of my clients. It was great to engage with them in the brand development process. Some of the folks that I met with are in the security area. It is fantastic to realize that an organization can provide an opportunity for these individuals to play a major role in the brand process.

Think about it. Many customers have their first interaction with a brand when they come in contact with our security people. It is critical that security be involved as they may very well establish the most important impression on our customers, the first impression, and are the ones that we rely on to demonstrate how all other employees live our brand. They can and should be some of our biggest brand champions.
