Brand Champions of the Day- Jamaica Olympic Track Team

Watching the Jamaica team dominate their track events in Beijing has been a pleasure. Their enthusiasm is refreshing too. My guess is that they have earned more gold medals and broke more world records per capita than any country at the Summer Olympic Games. For their accomplishments, they are the Brand Champions of the Day.

For the past two weeks I have featured a number of athletes, and for the past few months I have written often about nation brands. From what I have read, the track team has increased awareness for their country and I think enhanced the Jamaica brand. My perception is that the athletes representing Jamaica are hard working, passionate and have fun.

What nation do you think is worthy of being the brand champion of the day from their performances in Beijing?
