Brand Champion of the Day- Zappos.com

Zappos

Each week I feature an organization or individual who demonstrates what it means to be a brand champion. On Mondays and Fridays I recognize a Brand Champion of the Day. Usually it is someone or some company with which I am familiar and have had some type of direct contact. Today I am expanding my guidelines by highlighting Zappos.com. My only contact with them has been indirect.

I have been hearing a great deal about this organization from many of my friends and colleagues who have become brand champions of the online retailer, Zappos.com. These people have been telling me incredible stories about attributes like customer service, quick response time, comfort and quality merchandise from this brand.

All organizations would love to have the type of word-of-mouth marketing that Zappos.com is achieving. Hear I am doing more of the same. Any brand champions out there want to tell us more about your experience with the Zappos.com brand?

Zappos is a premier company representing the best of "centrist customer service." My personal experience with Zappos came directly via word-of-mouth from another satisfied customer. I have been 100% satisfied with all of my orders including, free shipping, excellent products, flexible return policies, and most important, a personable customer service representative with a direct-reply email address.

Interesting, I just wrote an authentic review for one of the best web-media vendors in the marketplace.

Martin that is quite a testiment. Thanks for sharing your experience.
